How are requirements identified and reviewed? How is satisfaction measured? Which recent complaints or trends have led to changes?

Supplier questions

How are suppliers selected and re-evaluated? How is the type and extent of control determined? What action is taken when performance is poor?

Risk and change questions

How are risks evaluated? How are changes approved? Which impacts, resources, competencies and documents are reviewed before implementation?
