1. Acceptance
By using the site or app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service description
AuditEasy is an orientation and self-assessment tool for management-system audit preparation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and integrated). It is not a certification body and does not replace professional judgement.
3. Independence from ISO
AuditEasy is independent and not affiliated with the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) or accreditation/certification bodies.
4. Plans and beta
A limited free plan, private beta and paid subscriptions may be offered. Paid plans are billed through the app stores under their terms.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the service lawfully.
- Do not attack, scrape abusively or reverse engineer the service beyond permitted law.
- Do not upload unlawful content.
6. Intellectual property
AuditEasy software, copy and design are protected. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service. Your uploaded content remains yours; you grant us permission to process it solely to provide the service.
7. No certification guarantee
Scores and recommendations are indicative only. We do not guarantee certification outcomes or audit results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuditEasy is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from use of the service. Liability that cannot be limited by law remains unaffected.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and cookie banner.
10. Governing law
Unless mandatory rules provide otherwise, these terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to consumer rights where applicable.
