1. Data controller
The controller is the operator of AuditEasy (“AuditEasy”, “we”). Privacy requests: privacy@auditeasy.app.
When the operating company is finalised, legal name, tax ID and registered address will appear here.

- Usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, technical diagnostics.
- Contact data: name, email and message if you contact us (e.g. beta access or support).
- App data (local-first): preparation answers, attached evidence and preferences are stored primarily on your device. If you enable cloud features, data may sync in transit with encryption.
- Purchase data: in-app subscriptions are handled by Apple / Google; we do not receive your full card number.

We keep data only as long as needed for each purpose, then delete or restrict it. Local app data stays on your device until you delete it or uninstall the app.

We may use hosting, email and (if consented) analytics providers as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data.

If a provider is outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
